Modern luxury meets classic splendour. 300 m² Villa is located in a 15.000 m² park in a fantastic milieu, in the Northern Side of the Lake Balaton. The village Szentantalfa (St. Anton) is 500 meters from the Villa, in the heart of Hungary. Perfectly fits families, or for friend gatherings. Heated swimming pool, big tennis court, outdoor grill partys. One of the best ways to separate yourself from the world's noises into the nature only with your loved ones. Due to its nice environment, you can enjoy not only the beautiful milieu, but even the quit nature as well. Perfect for every day of the year.

The Villa is designed for a perfect getaway, featuring seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. It boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with a pantry. In the large living room, you'll find a cozy fireplace, along with a delightful gallery and a terrace that offers a breathtaking view.

TOUR TO THE WINERIES

There are more than 20 wine-cellars nearby, within one kilometer for. afantastic and traditional wine tasting.

Really recommend the Dobosi Winery, its only 1.5 km from the Villa. Also great to visit Badacsony "Laposa Birtok" its 20 km far.

LOCAL MARKETS

The groceries 600 m, petrol station 800 m from the Villa. One of the best local market "Liliomkert" where you can by from local farmers, artisan products, homemade cheese, kind grandmother-like sellers, delicious strudels and real Hungarian homemade pálinkas.

CULTURAL SITES

You can organize great excursions to famous historical villages and towns as Tihany 24km, Balatonfüred 30km, Héviz 54km, Badacsony 20km, and Budapest 150km. Helicopter is available for rent for those seeking a unique experience.

SAILING BOATS

You can rent a sailboat for a day or for few hours at the nearest marina for a day or hours and get the reel feel of the Balaton. Balatonfüred main port only 30km away.

RESTAURANTS

The village Szentantalfa (St. Anton) is 500 meters from the Villa, the nearest restaurant and grocery store is only 500m far, there are 5 additional ones within 5 kms.

FARMS & HORSE RIDING

Horse riding possibilities in 20 km at Salföld Major. It is a traditional Hungarian breeds of farm animals, with animal-stroking area, and horse riding .

“My family and I stayed in Villa Alexandra for 15 days, whilst we were there we had an amazing time. The tennis court was very good as the owner showed us everything, the swimming pool was very good, and it was suitable for all ages. The villa is located near a shop and very good restaurants. I would highly recommend visiting Tihany and lake Balaton. Overall it was a very good stay. Would love to come back again!”
